Travel in the car, hours spent zipping through neighboring states, making plans for the future and savoring these moments in the present. Been on an internetting hiatus for a little while here and haven't missed the connectivity as much as I might have imagined.
Spent some time by the sea and applied sunblock at responsible intervals. Enjoyed at least one beautiful sunset and contemplated parasailing. Dug my toes in the sand, gazed at the clouds, felt the enormity of the Atlantic and the infinity of the waves washing the shore.
Finally watched Goonies - my first full viewing of this iconic 80s classic. There's nothing like the summertime.
